Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your chasen every step of the way.

Domestic (US) Shipping

• Standard (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout
• Expedited (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

• We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
• Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During launches and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted.

Lost or Delayed Packages
